Ingredients:

  • 1 Fry’s Chicken-Style Burger

  • 1 tbsp mayo (use vegan mayo for a plant-based version)

  • A handful of chopped cilantro

  • 1 slice of cheese (swap for vegan cheese if needed)

  • Crisps (homemade or store-bought, check for vegan options)

  • Coleslaw (use a vegan recipe if preferred)

  • 2 slices of bread

Instructions:

Air Fryer:

  1. Air fry the veggie patty at 180°C for 10 minutes.
    Pan Fry:

  2. Cook the patty in a pan with oil for 4-5 minutes per side.
    Oven:

  3. Bake the patty at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Assemble:

  1. Spread mayo on bread slices, and layer with cilantro, the cooked patty, cheese, coleslaw, and crisps for crunch.

  2. Close the sandwich and enjoy!

Make It Vegan:

To make this sandwich fully vegan, use vegan mayo, and cheese, and make sure your crisps and coleslaw are dairy-free.
