What I love about this meal is that you usually have all the ingredients in your cupboard. I love making this meal because it budget budget-friendly, you use ONE pot and even though it is a lazy dinner it does not compromise on taste.
Creamy Tomato Pasta Recipe
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
1 pound of your favorite pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 Peeled tomatoes, 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
Italian dried herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Red pepper flakes for a hint of spice
Instructions:
Boil the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

1/2 cup canned coconut milk or almond milk
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil and nutritional yeast for garnish
